Supplementing
Supplementing is our bread and butter and it’s what we pride ourselves on. This service is what most of our clients come to us for. Here’s what’s included:
- A professional, Xactimate® estimate with your company header
- Document review and submission to the insurance company on your behalf
- Follow-up, communication and negotiation with insurance
- A copy of the revised, approved estimate delivered to you upon approval
- Consultation on how to handle the claim process specific to each job
- Unlimited estimate revisions
We charge a flat fee upfront for each supplement, and a small percentage of the resulting increase in claim value upon approval. Our service pays for itself. The goal is to get you and your customer a fair estimate that puts their home back in order and puts well-deserved money in your pocket. We don’t inflate estimates – that requires no skill. Our supplement process is backed by code, law, evidence, logic and a truly deep understanding of the work that needs done. We work with you to make sure your hard work gets compensated the right way – every time.
